Patrol reports
Guards tap NFC tags on the round. Every scan is confirmed out loud on the radio and lands on the Dispatcher console with the time, so a supervisor can see the patrol was completed without interruptions.
Failed patrols show up during the shift
A point not reached inside its window raises an alert showing which guard and which tag. You find out while the shift is still running, not the next morning.
Reports for your client
The patrol report goes out by email as a PDF, to you or straight to the client, and the same report can be pulled from Dispatcher whenever you want it.
Panic button
The SOS button opens the channel and puts the guard on the Dispatcher map, so the control room knows who needs help and where, and can act on it.
One platform for every site you guard
A radio on the mobile network works wherever there is signal, so posts in different suburbs, or different provinces, run on one platform. There is no repeater to put up at each site and no frequency licence to apply for.
Talk groups keep each site's guards on their own channel, with the control room in all of them.
Body cameras for the incidents that end in a report
The I-10 body worn camera records the shift and works as a push-to-talk radio, with live audio and video back to the control room over 4G.

How does NFC guard patrol work?
Tags go wherever a guard has to physically be. You build the route, the time slots and the days in Dispatcher, the radio reminds the guard two minutes before a round is due, and every scan is logged with the time. A missed point raises an alert on the console.
Can our clients receive the patrol reports?
Yes. Enter the client's email address in the patrol plan and the PDF report goes to them automatically, by day, week or month.
Which radio suits guarding best?
The T522A is our best seller for guarding: NFC, GPS and an SOS button, and it is the radio the Cape Town CCID runs its patrols on.
What does guard patrol cost?
Guard patrol is a monthly licence per radio, on top of the platform licence, and only on the radios that need it. We set out the fees for your fleet in a quotation.
