Compact handsets
The S100 and S200 weigh around 220 g and 210 g, and both come with a docking station.
Covert earpieces
Earpieces for the S100 and S200, the T700 and T710A, and the T522A and T521 keep the channel in the wearer's ear.
Noise cancelling enabled
The S300 Pro adds AI noise cancellation for busy, noisy spaces.
Security uses the same system
Centre security and floor staff can share a talk group, or keep separate groups with the control room in both.
Several teams, one platform
A hotel or a centre runs several teams at once: front of house, maintenance and security. Separate groups keep each team's traffic separate, and the control room can reach all of them from Dispatcher.
Questions we get asked
Can staff hear the radio without customers hearing it?
Yes. A covert earpiece keeps the channel in the wearer's ear. We carry them for the S100, S200, T700, T710A, T522A and T521.
Can centre security and shop staff use the same system?
Yes. Talk groups are built in Dispatcher, so teams can share a channel or keep their own, with the control room in each.
Do you supply outside Gauteng?
Yes, we ship nationally, or you can collect from our office in Dawnview.
