Security & guarding
Our biggest customer base. NFC checkpoints turn every patrol into a timestamped record on the Dispatcher, so a supervisor can see the patrol was completed without interruptions. The SOS button opens the channel and puts the guard on the Dispatcher map, so the control room knows who needs help and where.

Public safety
Separate groups let one incident channel be opened across the devices already on scene. Cape Town CCID runs its Public Safety Officers this way, city-wide on the mobile network, with an average response under five minutes.

Transport & fleet
Vehicle-mounted units run off the vehicle’s power with an external antenna, so a truck on the N3 is on the same channel as the yard it left. Coverage is the network’s coverage, so there is no repeater to drive out of.

Logistics & warehousing
One channel across the whole operation: depot, warehouse, yard, floor and office, all managed from the Dispatcher console. The S300 Pro also scans, so a picker is not carrying a radio and a scanner.

Retail & hospitality
Compact handsets with covert earpieces keep floor staff and centre security coordinated without a conversation the shoppers can hear. Noise cancelling deals with the rest.

Teams spread across a municipal area stay on one channel over the mobile network, with GPS on the console so the nearest crew gets the call. No high site to rent, and no frequency application to wait on.

Industrial & plant
IP-rated bodies and loud speakers for a plant floor, on the same dispatch platform as the rest of the operation. Where a site still runs DMR, the IRC380 works on both, so the changeover does not have to happen in one weekend. Where explosive gas or dust can be present, the T320 EX is certified intrinsically safe for Zone 1 and Zone 21.
