In the cab
The TM-9 and TM-7 Plus mount properly, run off the vehicle's power and take an external antenna.
Every vehicle on the map
Radios report their position to Dispatcher, so the control room sees the fleet live and plays back a route when a question comes up.
Arrivals and departures
Geofences around depots and client sites raise an alert when a radio user enters or leaves, only on the days and hours you set.
The yard on the same channel
Staff at the depot carry handhelds on the same channel as the drivers, so the yard and the drivers talk directly.
Choosing a vehicle radio
The TM-9 has a 4-inch OLED touch screen, a 5W speaker and connections for an external camera, a headset and an external GPS antenna.
The TM-7 Plus is the smaller unit, with a 2.45-inch touch display and a 4W speaker, and it runs on 12 to 24V.
Questions we get asked
Do vehicle radios need a repeater?
No. They talk over the mobile network, so they work wherever there is signal, with no repeater range to drive out of.
Can we track our fleet on a map?
Yes. Every radio reports its position to the Dispatcher console, which shows live positions and plays back routes, with up to three days of tracking data at a time.
Can drivers talk to the depot and the control room?
Yes. Vehicle radios, handhelds and the Dispatcher console join the same talk groups.
